Una was here, a few years ago. She decided to come back. Sunny and Lucy are new to the website.

Hi sorry this might be a silly question , but could I clarify that I am able to send a message in English via WeChat and they would be able to get it translated into Chinese

Hi Bradwin; not a silly question; yes you can send (proper) English messages to them in WeChat. They will use WeChat translate, and they will reply back in Chinese. You can use WeChat translate to translate it back to English.
Just pay attention to your English grammar/spelling and keep the sentences simple, to avoid things getting lost in translation.
