Unfortunately not; if there are any girls I know that are good in Beijing, I would post it in the site.
For the two sites; you are right; a lot are bait & switch. You can use 'Check' on NLO to do a check on girls you're interested in. NLO is frequently scraping MR and EGE profiles and doing reverse image search and a few other algorithms to see if girls might be real or fake.
