In Shanghai, it seems the Corona Virus is well under control. Touristic attractions are reopening; KTV's are reopening. Although we will have to show our health QR code everywhere and we have to monitor our temperature everywhere, things are looking up.
I can't say as much for the rest of the world; we will see.
Baobao is back in Shanghai and she is open to meet guys again; if it is possible.
I know from other girls (not working in this website) that they are working again for the past few weeks; yes they have to bring their ID card everywhere, but so far no trouble. That is not to say, if there is a relapse in the virus spread in Shanghai, there will still be trouble. So yes, be careful, there's still increased risk of government monitoring and meddling around.
More girls will return in the next few weeks. Some girls will play it very safe and won't return until May or even June.

@LBE: No idea, sorry; I don't live nearby those bars so I can't check. All the girls I know that frequent there, aren't currently in Shanghai either.
